The advanced design of the BiRotor Plus allows the meter to be utilized in applications where viscosities range from 0.2 – 1000 cSt.

Brodie’s premier product and its unique twin helical rotor design allows the meter to “chew through paraffin™” in high waxy Crude Oil application where other metering technologies have failed to produce long-term stability.

NO METAL TO METAL CONTACT
Timing gears, manufactured from hardened tungsten steel, are the only contacting components within the BiRotor Plus. The measurement chamber and twin helical rotors are machined to include precision tolerances and have no metal to metal contact. Engineered to provide extended durability, the BiRotor Plus optimizes your operation providing unsurpassed performance, with virtually no maintenance.
MEASUREMENT STABILITY
Incorporating an electronic output, utilizing a pulse wheel and pick off coils. With no rotating output shaft, the BiRotor Plus offers meter factor stability, whilst reducing exposure to environmental challenges.

 

INSTALLATION
The BiRotor Plus can be installed either vertically or horizontally with no effect on meter performance.
